Advanced Hitting Program

Recommended Ages: 12–15
Duration: October 7 – December 16, 2025
Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:00 – 8:00 PM (10 weeks)
Location: 4M Athletic Innovations Inc.

$575 + GST
Includes:

  • CBA apparel package

  • Player evaluation & exit velocity testing

  • Low coach-to-player ratio (max 12 athletes)

🧑‍🏫 Program Leadership

Led by:

  • Owen Zingel – CBA Head Hitting Coach

  • Aaron Appleyard – CBA Program Director

Coach Bio – Owen Zingel:

College Baseball at Rio Hondo College (Southern California). While in California Owen also played for Yorba Linda High School Varsity Team (Southern California). Before Owen moved to California he played for Chestermere’s 18U Team under Coach Aaron. Owen made Team Alberta Top 30 and has also played for both the Okotoks Dawgs and the Junior Dinos (now known as the Bucks). He has also trained with multiple NCAA Division 1 players.

📚 Program Highlights

  • Advanced-level program tailored to develop elite hitting skills

  • Ideal for multisport athletes maintaining off-season training

  • Individualized plate approach based on each athlete’s style

  • Instruction & drills include:

    • Proper swing mechanics

    • Plate discipline

    • Inside/outside pitch recognition

    • One-handed top/bottom hand drills

    • Bunting

    • Live BP, tee work, soft toss, and machine pitching

  • Exit Velocity Testing:

    • Conducted 3× (beginning, midpoint, and end)

    • Both off the tee and pitching machine

  • Conditioning Focus:

    • Resistance bands

    • Agility & running drills

    • Core strength & lower body power development

  • Final Player Evaluation Provided

🧑‍🏫 One-on-One & Group Clinics Also Available

  • Private or Group Sessions: Pitching, Fielding, Hitting, Catching

  • Start Date: September 29

  • Booking: Based on coach & facility availability

  • Cost: $90 + GST / hour

🚫 Holiday Closures

No training on:

  • October 13 (Thanksgiving)

  • November 11 (Remembrance Day)

  • December 22 – January 4 (Holiday Break)

  • February 16 (Family Day)
